Job Description:

Peter Kiewit Sons’ is seeking an Online Client Service Specialist to join our team in Napier, Hawke’s Bay, NZ. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are confident, resilient and possess strong leadership and project management skills. Responsibilities: - Manage online client inquiries and provide exceptional service through various channels such as email, chat, and social media. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate responses to client queries. - Assist with the development and implementation of online client service strategies to enhance the overall client experience. - Monitor client feedback and proactively address any issues or concerns to maintain high levels of client satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and coordinate solutions.

Requirements: - Confident and resilient personality traits are a must. - Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage projects. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other online communication tools. - High school diploma or equivalent. - No previous experience required.
