Job Description - Online Client Service Specialist

Job Description:


Union Pacific is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Client Service Specialist to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and online client management. The Online Client Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional client service through various online platforms and channels.


Responsibilities: - Manage online client inquiries, requests, and issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide information and guidance to clients regarding products, services, and online systems - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation - Monitor online client activity and engagement to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in developing and implementing online client service strategies and initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Emotional intelligence and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and metrics - Previous experience in online client management or customer service is preferred
