Job Description:
Humana is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Client Support Assistant. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online clients. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to online client inquiries and provide assistance with account management and troubleshooting. 2. Monitor online client activity and address any issues or concerns promptly. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up on open tickets. 5. Assist with the development and implementation of new online client support processes. 6.
