Online Client Support Associate

Job Description:

LawVu, a leading legal technology company based in Auckland, NZ, is seeking a motivated and resilient Online Client Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a client support or customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients via email, chat, and phone, assisting with any technical issues or questions they may have - Work closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients - Analyze client feedback and use emotional intelligence to address any concerns or issues in a professional manner - Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on client needs and preferences - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide regular reports to management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset - Experience in a client support or customer service role - Motivated and resilient attitude, able to handle challenging situations with grace - Strong analytical skills and emotional intelligence - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
