Online Client Support Associate

Job description:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Online Client Support Associate to join our team at Calpine in Auckland, NZ. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar client support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients through various channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist clients with product inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client concerns - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and suggest improvements - Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Creativity in finding innovative solutions to client issues - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
