Job Description - Online Client Support Officer

Responsibilities:


- Provide exceptional online support to clients via various channels such as email, chat, and phone - Assist clients with technical issues related to MYOB software and products - Understand and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently - Document and track client interactions and resolutions in the CRM system - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients - Identify opportunities to improve the client support process and provide feedback to management


Requirements:


- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong presentation and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with accounting software is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
