Online Client Support Officer

Job Description:

AutoZone is seeking a passionate and confident Online Client Support Officer to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles. As an Online Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients, assisting them with their inquiries, issues, and concerns through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to online client inquiries promptly and professionally - Assist clients with product information, orders, and returns - Provide technical support for online platforms and tools - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions - Monitor client feedback and provide suggestions for improvement - Address any escalations or complaints in a timely and effective manner - Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - Confident and passionate individual with strong interpersonal skills - Critical thinking skills to analyze and solve complex customer problems - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Prior experience in a customer support role is required - Knowledge of online platforms and tools preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
