Job Description - Online Client Support Officer

Job Description:


Position: Online Client Support Officer Company: Fifth Third Bancorp Location: Nelson, Nelson, NZ Job Type: Part-time Seniority: Associate Level Years of Experience: 2


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional online support to clients through various channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Respond to client inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Assist clients with account management, transactions, and troubleshooting any technical issues they may face. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and escalate as needed. 5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, services, and policies to better assist clients. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the online support team. 7. Contribute to team goals and work towards achieving key performance indicators. 8. Document client interactions and feedback for further analysis and improvement.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role. 2. Resourceful and energetic personality traits. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment. 5. Strategic planning and problem-solving skills. 6. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 7. Knowledge of banking industry practices and regulations is a plus. 8. Flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends as needed.
