Online Client Support Representative

Ross Stores is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to online clients through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone - Assist clients with product inquiries, order status, shipping information, and returns - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the online shopping experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the online customer experience - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements: - Resourceful and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Strong cooperation and project management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using computer systems and online tools - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
