Job Description:
EMC is currently seeking a passionate and energetic Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to kickstart their career in the customer service industry.
Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients via email, chat, and social media platforms - Assist clients with product inquiries, technical issues, and general customer service needs - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and effective resolution of client issues - Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement in client support processes - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients - Handle client escalations in a professional and courteous manner - Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and resolution times - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions
Requirements: - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Persuasive communication skills to effectively resolve client issues - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in computer skills and experience using online communication platforms - High school diploma or equivalent qualification - Must be legally eligible to work in New Zealand
