Job Description - Online Client Support Representative

As an Online Client Support Representative at Time Warner's location in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients who engage with the company's online platforms. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally via email, chat, or phone. 2. Troubleshooting technical issues clients may experience while navigating the online platforms. 3. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client concerns. 4. Conducting research to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients. 5. Assisting in the development and implementation of strategic planning initiatives to enhance the client experience. 6. Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement purposes.


Requirements: 1. Resilient and driven personality traits. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Proficiency in strategic planning and research. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. 6. Prior experience in customer service or client support roles.
