Job Description - Online Client Support Representative

Newell Brands is seeking a dedicated and confident Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service via online platforms - Resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner - Managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records - Working closely with the sales team to ensure client needs are met - Collaborating with other departments to improve the overall customer experience - Assisting with online marketing initiatives and promotions - Providing product recommendations and guidance to clients


Requirements: - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities - Previous experience in a customer service or client support role - Proficiency in online communication platforms and CRM systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively


Personality Traits: - Dedication to providing top-notch customer support - Confidence in handling client inquiries and resolving issues
