Online Client Support Specialist

Valero Energy is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or online support roles.

The ideal candidate for this role will be adaptable and hardworking, with excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and technical issues via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to appropriate teams when necessary - Updating and maintaining client records and information in the database - Collaborating with other departments to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience - Assisting in the development and implementation of client support strategies

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or online support roles - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in using online support platforms and CRM systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of technical support processes and troubleshooting techniques - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
