Online Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and confident Online Client Support Specialist to join our team at Quest Diagnostics in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level role, the Online Client Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. This is a part-time position with a requirement of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to online client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues related to our online platform and escalate as needed - Provide guidance and assistance to online clients on how to navigate our website and access information - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless online client experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed support to online clients - Assist in the development and implementation of online client support processes and procedures

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in an online environment - Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with online support tools - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting - A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
