Job Description - Online Client Support Specialist


Job Description:


Reynolds American is looking for a part-time Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position.


Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients via chat, email, and phone - Handle client inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Maintain and update client records in the database - Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to our online platforms - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Collaborate with various departments to improve the overall client experience


Requirements: - Resilient and hardworking personality traits - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer relationship management systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of the tobacco industry is a plus
