Job Description:
Twenty-First Century Fox is seeking a diligent and reliable Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in Wellington, New Zealand. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar field, who are hardworking and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products or services to clients when appropriate - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and customer service delivery - Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall client experience - Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and systems to streamline client support operations
Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in online client support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients and drive sales - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proven reliability and dedication to providing exceptional client support - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates - Disability insurance provided for all employees - Travel opportunities may be available for high-performing individuals
