Job Description - Online Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


Icahn Enterprises is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for individuals who are passionate, resilient, possess strong critical thinking skills, and excel at working in a team environment.


Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients via chat, email, and phone - Assist clients with product inquiries, technical issues, and account management - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner - Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow up as needed - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Utilize empathy and understanding to address client concerns and build trust


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others - Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with clients - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency with online communication tools and Microsoft Office Suite
