Job Description:
Global Partners is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. As an Associate Level position, the Online Contact Center Assistant will play a key role in supporting the online customer service operations of the company. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and possess a resourceful and independent personality.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via various online communication channels such as chat, email, and social media - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist with order processing and tracking - Generate reports on customer interactions and trends - Collaborate with other team members to improve online customer service processes - Conduct research to better understand customer needs and preferences - Support the implementation of online marketing campaigns and promotions - Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as needed
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong communication and presentation skills - Resourceful and independent thinker who can problem-solve effectively - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of online customer service best practices - Experience with online marketing is a plus
