Job Description - Online Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:


Raymond James Financial is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the Online Contact Center Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various online platforms.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance through online chat, emails, and social media platforms. 2. Resolve client issues and escalate complex matters to the appropriate department. 3. Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Analyze client data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement. 6. Conduct quality assurance checks on online interactions to ensure compliance with company standards. 7. Assist with online marketing campaigns and promotions. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze data effectively. 4. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
