Job Description:
Tyson Foods is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Wellington, New Zealand. As an Associate Level position, the Online Contact Center Assistant will be responsible for managing online customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth within the company.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers. 4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer inquiries are resolved efficiently. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Assisting with online marketing campaigns and promotions. 7. Developing strategies to improve online customer satisfaction and loyalty. 8. Contributing to the overall success of the online contact center team.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 3. Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team. 4. Strong persuasion skills and ability to influence customer behavior. 5. Experience in strategic planning and problem-solving. 6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. Proficiency in using online communication tools and social media platforms. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
