2degrees, a leading telecommunications company in Nelson, NZ, is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Associate to join our dynamic team. As a member of our Associate Level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide guidance on products and services. 3. Process customer orders and account updates accurately. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and escalations. 5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers. 6. Provide feedback to improve online customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. 4. Resilient and energetic personality traits. 5. Creative problem-solving skills. 6. Time management skills. 7. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and social media.
