Tech Data is seeking an experienced Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This part-time role is ideal for someone with approximately 8 years of experience in a similar position and is looking to take their career to the next level.
As the Online Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online contact center. This includes managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that all inquiries are handled promptly and effectively, and implementing strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions to address them.
