Online Contact Center Officer

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team at Time Warner as an Online Contact Center Officer in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

As an Online Contact Center Officer, your responsibilities will include managing online customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses via email, chat, and social media platforms. You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints, tracking customer interactions, and escalating issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating our contact center database.

The ideal candidate for this position will be hardworking, detail-oriented, and possess strong people management skills. A high level of attention to detail is essential for success in this role, as is the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. Additionally, the successful candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
