Job Description - Online Contact Center Officer

Deere is a leading company in the agricultural industry, specializing in manufacturing innovative farming equipment. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Online Contact Center Officer in Nelson, Nelson, NZ. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience.


As an Online Contact Center Officer, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate adaptability and reliability in order to meet the needs of our diverse customer base.


To be successful in this role, you must possess strong emotional intelligence and decision-making skills. The ability to empathize with customers and make sound judgments in high-pressure situations is essential.
