Job Description:
AutoNation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As an Online Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for managing online customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service through various digital channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to online customer inquiries promptly and professionally. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Manage online chat sessions and provide accurate information to customers. 4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed. 6. Utilize negotiation skills to resolve customer disputes and complaints effectively. 7. Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives to improve customer service. 8. Collaborate with team members to drive online sales and meet performance goals. 9. Use data insights to inform decisions and recommend improvements to the online contact center operations. 10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online customer service.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Independent and hardworking personality traits. 3. Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Knowledge of automotive industry trends and customer service practices is a plus. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
