Job Description - Online Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


LifePoint Health is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Wellington, NZ. The ideal candidate for this Associate Level position will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role and possess a resilient and independent personality. Soft skills such as adaptability and critical thinking are essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via online platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide personalized assistance to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in customer care processes.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms.
