Online Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Beca Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Online Customer Care Assistant in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with order placement, product information, and issue resolution - Manage and update customer accounts and records accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Work closely with the sales team to promote products and services - Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction - Assist in handling returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policies

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills - Detail-oriented and organized with a high level of accuracy - Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite - A strong sense of ownership and responsibility towards providing exceptional customer care - Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
