Job Description:
Baxter International is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Online Customer Care Associate in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with online orders, product information, and general inquiries - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Contribute ideas for improving the online customer care experience
Requirements: - Reliable and independent worker who can effectively manage their time and prioritize tasks - Strong planning and strategic planning skills to anticipate and address customer needs - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online platforms and customer relationship management systems - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
