Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Care Manager to join our team at Celgene in Wellington, NZ. As an Online Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing the online customer service team and ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the online customer service team and ensure that all customer inquiries are responded to in a timely manner. 2. Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor customer feedback and reviews and make necessary improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. 4. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and sales to address customer issues and provide support. 5. Train and mentor team members to ensure they are delivering high-quality customer service. 6. Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 7. Manage online platforms and tools used for customer service, ensuring they are up-to-date and user-friendly. 8. Stay current on industry trends and developments in online customer service to continually improve processes and practices. 9. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and team members.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in an online setting. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs. 7. Adaptable and hardworking with a strong work ethic. 8. Demonstrated cooperation and strategic planning skills. 9. A minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer service role.
