Job Description - Online Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Hertz Global Holdings is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for managing our online customer care operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online customer care team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff members - Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer service and engagement - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures


Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and motivate team members - Persuasive and able to influence others - Proficient in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
