Online Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

McKesson is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Customer Care Officer to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through various online platforms - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Monitor online reviews and feedback to address any issues or concerns - Analyze customer data and trends to improve the overall customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong decision-making and people management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using online platforms and customer service software - Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
