Job Description - Online Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and driven Online Customer Care Representative to join our team at Jabil Circuit in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support through various online channels such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information accurately and efficiently. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges using our online systems and platforms. 4. Troubleshoot technical issues customers may encounter while using our online services or products. 5. Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns. 6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers, showing attention to detail and a customer-centric approach. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures when handling customer information and transactions.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms and tools. 7. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic customer service role.
