Job Description: AbbVie is currently seeking an Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Auckland, NZ. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals who are reliable, resilient, and possess strong critical thinking and persuasion skills. The primary responsibility of the Online Customer Care Specialist is to provide exceptional customer service and support to our online customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and offer solutions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Continuously look for ways to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proven ability to work well in a team and independently - Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not required - Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
