Job Description - Online Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


Level 3 Communications is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This is a part-time Associate Level position with opportunities to grow within the company.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner - Create and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accuracy of information and updating as needed - Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve online customer care processes - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and provide feedback to management as needed - Conduct presentations to educate customers on our products and services


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in online customer care or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think strategically and participate in the planning process - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
