DTE Energy is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: -Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via online chat, email, and social media platforms -Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and billing inquiries -Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution -Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times -Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions -Assist with updating and maintaining customer accounts and profiles -Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience -Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and meet performance targets
Requirements: -Dedicated and reliable individual with a strong work ethic -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions -Strong leadership skills to guide customers through the problem-solving process -Proficiency in computer systems and online communication tools -Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment -Experience working in customer service or a related field is preferred
