StretchSense is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Assistant in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to start their career in customer service.
As an Online Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online customers. This includes responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, handling customer complaints and issues, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer records.
In addition to customer service duties, you will also be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
To excel in this role, you must have strong emotional intelligence and adaptability. You must be able to empathize with customers, anticipate their needs, and quickly adjust to changing circumstances.
