Job Description: PBF Energy is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Customer Service Associate to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This is a part-time, entry-level position suitable for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be motivated, creative, and possess strong persuasion skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide support and assistance to customers with order placement, product inquiries, and issue resolution. 3. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting products and services in a positive and engaging manner. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and drive customer engagement. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 6. Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Assist with customer retention efforts by following up on orders, addressing complaints, and offering solutions.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong computer skills and familiarity with online customer service platforms. 4. Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 5. Energetic and motivated personality with a strong work ethic. 6. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to persuade customers effectively.
