Job Description:

Darden Restaurants is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Customer Service Associate to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Managing online orders and ensuring accurate and timely delivery - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Handling customer complaints and escalating issues as needed - Collaborating with other team members to improve online customer service processes - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Resourceful and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think critically and solve problems proactively - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
