The Online Customer Service Manager at Western Digital in Auckland, New Zealand is a part-time position that requires a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service management. This role requires a hardworking and energetic individual with exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage the online customer service team to ensure timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues. 2. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. 3. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to address customer needs and drive customer retention and loyalty. 5. Resolve complex customer issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 6. Develop training programs and materials to onboard and train new customer service team members. 7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in online customer service management.
Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in an online customer service environment. 2. Proven track record of successfully leading a customer service team to achieve and exceed performance targets. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower team members. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. 5. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. 6. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
