Job Description: We are looking for a talented Online Customer Service Manager to join our team at Avnet in Wellington, New Zealand. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, this role requires at least 6 years of relevant experience in customer service and online management.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all online customer service operations, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through online channels - Monitor and analyze customer feedback, trends, and metrics to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless online customer experience - Generate reports and provide insights to senior management on online customer service performance - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online customer service
