Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

McDonald's in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ is looking to hire a part-time Online Customer Service Officer. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Manage online inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns - Resolve customer complaints through various communication channels including email, chat, and social media - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Work closely with other departments to address customer issues and provide feedback for continuous improvement - Monitor customer satisfaction and identify trends to improve service delivery - Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to effectively assist customers

Requirements: - Passionate about customer service and committed to providing exceptional experiences - Resilient in handling challenging situations and able to remain calm under pressure - Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate and resolve customer issues - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using online platforms and tools for customer service
