Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Toys “R” Us is seeking a reliable and passionate Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and a strong passion for delivering exceptional service to our online customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and returns processes. 3. Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently. 4. Maintain customer records and interactions in the online database. 5. Identify opportunities to improve the online shopping experience for customers. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and implement solutions. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and promotions.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities. 5. Creativity in finding innovative solutions to customer issues. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 7. Flexible schedule to work part-time hours.
