Owens & Minor is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Officer in Nelson, Nelson, NZ. Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service to online customers through various channels such as email, chat, and social media - Handling customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Processing online orders and ensuring accurate and timely delivery - Assisting with product returns, refunds, and exchanges - Monitoring online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborating with other team members to optimize the online customer service experience - Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
