Job Description:


Colgate-Palmolive is looking for an Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dunedin, Otago. As an Online Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have questions, concerns, or feedback about our products and services.


Responsibilities:


1. Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and delivery information. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues by taking ownership of the problem and finding a satisfactory solution. 4. Provide product recommendations and information to customers based on their needs and preferences. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product information, promotions, and company policies.


Requirements:


1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in using online chat platforms, email, and phone systems. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude. 6. Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
