Job Description - Online Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


Jacobs Engineering Group is seeking an Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in customer service. The ideal candidate will be driven, energetic, and possess strong negotiation and communication skills.


Responsibilities: - Interact with customers through online channels such as email, chat, and social media to provide assistance and answer inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Process orders and handle returns or exchanges - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient customer service operations - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent - Availability to work part-time hours
