Job Description:
Ingredion is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, driven, possess strong decision-making skills, and have experience in project management.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and orders to customers. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner. 5. Continuously monitor online platforms for customer feedback and reviews. 6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 7. Research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. 8. Assist in developing strategies to improve the overall online customer experience.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong organizational and time management skills. 6. Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities. 7. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
