Online Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Methven is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and reliable, with strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assisting customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Processing orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers - Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working with e-commerce platforms is a plus
