Online Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Fletcher Building is seeking an Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, assistance with orders, and resolve customer complaints - Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience - Monitor and manage online reviews and feedback - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Provide feedback to improve customer service processes

Requirements: - Resourceful and motivated individual who is able to work independently - Excellent research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in online customer service is preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
