Job Description - Online Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


CBRE Group is currently seeking an Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be resilient, energetic, innovative, and possess strong project management skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality customer service to online customers through chat, email, and phone communication channels - Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution - Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on various platforms - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience - Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and customer service best practices


Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online environment - Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
