Online Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Jarden in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a part-time position at an associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email and live chat - Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction - Process orders and returns efficiently and accurately - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement in products and services based on customer feedback - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service roles - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work well in a team and cooperate with others - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
